Course Details:

This course aims to provide information and instruction to raise awareness of what duties apply under RIDDOR.


You will be provided with a short presentation, followed by an assessment. 

If you achieve 80% or more, you will pass the course, and will receive a printable certificate to place in your training records.

If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment when you feel confident.

  • Highlight what accidents/incidents are required to be reported and recorded.
  • Understand why accidents/incidents are to be reported.
  • Outline the exemptions.
  • Understand what records are required to be stored.
  • Outline how a report is completed.

  • Identify the correct procedure for reporting and recording accidents/incidents.
  • Correctly store the required records.
  • Raise awareness of what duties apply under RIDDOR.
