Course Details:

Overview of a Quality Management System and the importance of how it relates to your role. 


You will be provided with a short presentation, followed by an assessment. 

If you achieve 80% or more, you will pass the course, and will receive a printable certificate to place in your training records.

If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to review the content and retake the assessment when you feel confident. 

Aims:

To provide an overview and the benefits of a QMS and an understanding of how this contributes to patient safety.

Objectives:

Learners will be able to;

  • Demonstrate an understanding of Crown Immunity.
  • Understand the benefits of a QMS.
  • Understand how a QMS is monitored.
  • Name a number of controlled documents.
  • Understand the importance of complying with SOPs
  • Understand the importance of complying with other processes and procedures.
